By creating an account and using BillBouncer, you agree to:

• Account Security: Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, passwords, and authentication methods. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Lawful Use: Use BillBouncer only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms of Service.
• Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
  • Transmitting malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Harassing, threatening, or defaming other users
  • Reverse engineering or attempting to derive the source code of BillBouncer
  • Using automated tools to scrape or collect data without authorization
• Acceptable Use: You agree not to use BillBouncer in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.

BillBouncer reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including:

• Violation of Terms: If you violate any provision of these Terms of Service or any applicable laws or regulations.
• Fraudulent Activity: Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity, or any activity that violates the rights of others.
• Abuse: Abusing our service, systems, or harassing our staff or other users.
• Non-Payment: Failure to pay subscription fees or charges within the specified billing period.

Upon Termination: Upon termination of your account, your access to BillBouncer will be immediately revoked. You may lose access to your account and all associated data. BillBouncer will not be liable for any loss of data or information resulting from account termination.

Your Right to Terminate: You may terminate your account at any time by requesting account deletion through the user settings. Upon deletion, all your personal data will be removed from our systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Service Availability: BillBouncer is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the service's availability, functionality, or performance. While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

No Warranty: We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. BillBouncer makes no warranty that the service will meet your requirements or that it will be error-free.

Third-Party Services: BillBouncer may integrate with third-party services and APIs. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

Data Accuracy: While we strive to provide accurate information and calculations, BillBouncer does not guarantee the accuracy of all data, analytics, or reports. Users are responsible for verifying critical information before making important decisions.

Security: While we implement reasonable security measures, no system is entirely secure. We cannot guarantee that your information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by unauthorized parties.

No Consequential Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall BillBouncer, its founders, employees, agents, or representatives be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Maximum Liability: The maximum liability of BillBouncer for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms of Service or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to BillBouncer in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Essential Limitation: You acknowledge that these limitations are essential and that the fees charged are based, in part, on the allocation of risk as set forth herein. If you do not agree to these limitations, you must not use BillBouncer.

Exceptions: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the extent permitted by law.

Subscription Fees: BillBouncer offers various subscription plans with different pricing tiers. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees at the frequency specified (monthly, annually, etc.).

Billing: Subscription fees will be billed to the payment method you provide at the start of each billing period. You authorize BillBouncer to charge your payment method for all subscription fees incurred.

Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date. Cancellation instructions are available in your account settings.

Refunds: Except as required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable. However, if you cancel your subscription within 14 days of signup, you may be eligible for a full refund. All refund requests must be submitted in writing.

Price Changes: BillBouncer reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Your continued use of the service following notice of a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to any data, bills, subscriptions, or content you upload or create through BillBouncer ("User Content").

Limited Data Processing: By uploading or creating User Content, you grant BillBouncer a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely for providing the service to you. We respect your privacy: we never sell, rent, or share your personal financial data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of all User Content you provide. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to upload and share the content.

Removal of Content: BillBouncer reserves the right to remove, delete, or suspend access to any User Content that violates these Terms of Service or is illegal, harmful, or offensive.

Service Ownership: All content, code, design, functionality, and features of BillBouncer, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by or licensed to BillBouncer and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

Limited License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Service, BillBouncer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use BillBouncer for your personal, non-commercial use.

Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any content from BillBouncer without explicit written permission from BillBouncer.

Trademark: BillBouncer and its logos are trademarks of BillBouncer. You may not use these trademarks without prior written permission.

Right to Modify: BillBouncer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service or any features thereof at any time with or without notice.

No Liability: We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

Updates to Terms: We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be notified to users via email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the service following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
